About Malaysia Chambers of Commerce Indonesia

The Malaysia Chambers of Commerce Indonesia (MCCI) with brand name MYCham, formerly known as Malaysia Club Jakarta (MCJ), carries a proud legacy of over 34 years in Indonesia. Since its inception in the early 1990s, MCJ served as a social and cultural platform for Malaysians living in Indonesia. Over time, MCJ became the only Malaysian organization operating under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency, the Ambassador of Malaysia to Indonesia. As the Malaysian community in Indonesia evolved—with more SMEs and entrepreneurs establishing a presence here—the need for a formal business chamber became clear. Post-pandemic, the Chamber made significant strides in becoming an impactful and resourceful platform for Malaysian businesses operating in Indonesia. In 2025, we officially adopted the name Malaysia Chambers of Commerce Indonesia (MCCI) to reflect our broader mission and growing role in bilateral economic relations.

By the end of 2026, MCCI aims to establish MYCham chapters in both the western and eastern regions of Indonesia, serving Malaysian businesses in Sumatra, Sumatra, East Java And Bali
